The AI Operational Governance Framework (AI‑OGF), including all documents, text, diagrams, structures, terminology, and supporting materials (the "Framework"), is the intellectual property of Randy Manthey.

This license grants non‑commercial, internal‑use permission to individuals and organizations for the purpose of understanding, evaluating, or building their own internal governance models inspired by the Framework.

## 1. Permitted Use
You may:
- Read and view the Framework in its published form.
- Use the Framework as a reference to build or improve your own internal governance processes or documentation.
- Cite or reference the Framework in research, discussion, or commentary with proper attribution.
- Fork or clone the public repository for the purpose of review or proposing contributions. Forking does not grant any rights beyond those listed here.

## 2. Prohibited Use (Without Written Permission)
You may not:

Write access is restricted and granted only at the discretion of the copyright holder.

Contributors must:

- Agree to the Contributor Terms of Use.
- Acknowledge that all contributions become the intellectual property of the copyright holder.

Written permission is required for:

The Framework is owned exclusively by Randy Manthey.  
No rights are granted other than those explicitly stated in this license.
